Brief.

Establish HYATT REGENCY as a premium hospitality brand by showcasing the local experience of the first two hotels - Barcelona & Madrid - to be opened in Spain, through the use of captivating social media and luxury lifestyle content.

Challenge.

To create a digital strategy that generates brand awareness that both drives bookings and capitalises on an established worldwide audience, mainly composed of discerning business clients, that already take advantage of the network of 156 HYATT REGENCY hotels worldwide.


Solution.

We reinterpreted the essence of this household name, by distilling the  HYATT REGENCY brand whilst portraying the character and authenticity of the city’s local identity. Based on this formula, we defined a brand strategy that pulled together the brand identity and narrative into a new digital strategy targeted at B2C and B2B audiences (events and conferences) using refined and engaging lifestyle content.
